  • I’m new to Hot Yoga — can I still join?

    Absolutely! This class is beginner-friendly and focused on fun, movement, and community. Just listen to your body, take breaks as needed, and go at your own pace.

    Do I need to bring my own yoga mat?

    If you have one, feel free to bring it!
    But no worries — the studio has mats you can borrow too.

    How hot will the room be?

    The room will be heated to approximately 98-105°F. Be sure to hydrate before, during and after class!

    What else should I bring to Hot Yoga?

    • A yoga mat (optional)

    • A sweat towel to place on your mat (also optional, Dose Yoga has towels to rent if needed)

    • Water bottle (highly encouraged)

    • Buenas Vibras!

    Where is the class located and where should I park?

    Dose Yoga — 540 St Albans Dr suite 100, Raleigh, NC 27609 // Please park at the parking deck attached to Channel House Apartments homes.

  • Do I need indoor cycling experience to join?
    Not at all! The class is beginner-friendly and open to all levels. Whether it’s your first time or you’re a regular, you’re welcome here.

    What should I wear?
    Wear comfy workout clothes — leggings or shorts and a breathable top. Avoid anything too loose that might get caught in the bike.

    Do I need to bring cycling shoes?
    Nope! Cycling shoes will be provided at the studio. Just come as you are and we’ll get you set up.
